Any unused items in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
L’Hermitage hardware does not cover return shipping costs.
A 20% restocking fee per order will be deducted from your refund.
Any costs incurred during the return process, including shipping fees, are the customer’s responsibility.
Please ensure your return is well-packaged to prevent damage. Once received, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Items returned damaged or without original packaging will not be refunded.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right.

Items returned after 30 days will be refunded as a store credit in the form of a e-gift card.
Items not in their original packaging or sellable condition cannot be refunded, and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to send them back.

If we receive merchandise that is not from our store, we cannot guarantee its return or reimbursement for the value lost.
